1st stage : After a clinical and biological check up, an estimate will be drawn up.  Medical treatment will be proposed and accomplished with the help of a nurse.

That involves the use of high-frequency sound waves called ultrasound. The ultrasound waves energize the fat cells and they litterally liquify. The liquified fat is then removed through a cannula. No cellular aspiration is accomplished; a light draining of the oily lysat will be performed, lysat which in any case will be eliminated in the circulation during the following days without difficulty.

3rd stage : To amplify the importance and the speed of the evacuation of the fat by the lymphatic system towards the hepatic and the kidney system, a Very Low Proteic diet is recommended (we say " burner of fat") for 3 - 8 days.

4th stage : LPG or endermology, external ultrasound are often ended by the prescription of some sessions of draining massage to favour the evacuation of the wasted cells and of the fact by the lymphatic system. Stage 4 is ideally accomplished by a graduate physical therapist.
